If you're craving gumbo, this spot is a must-visit! They don't skimp on the seafood in the station gumbo- very flavorful and more of a soup which is how all gumbo should be made in my opinion. The portions are generous—enough to enjoy leftovers the next day...But beware- this isn’t a fast-paced dining experience, so come prepared to relax and be patient. The servers are attentive and do their best to make your visit enjoyable but they are usually short staffed. Nonetheless worth the wait though for a hearty, satisfying meal. The boils are good too!

Dropped by with a friend to try out the new place, very cozy and love the patio feature. We ordered the shrimp po’boy, a sack of shrimps (they’re huge! - size comparison vs the sauce container) & a combo fry shrimp/catfish plate. Everything came out promptly and tasted wonderful. A great place to dine before heading to TopGolf or grab a bite afterward- definitely will come back again.

We’ve been here a few times before, the food is always awesome! Fresh, seasoned well and fairly priced compared to some of the other seafood options in the area. Some of the food varies in the amount of time it takes to come out, but the staff is communicative and does a good job at explaining that. Our server Taylor did a great job making our cocktails, and was very friendly/attentive. We’ll definitely be coming back.

The Crab Station is absolutely fantastic! Every time I visit, I always get the crawfish and potatoes, and they never disappoint—perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The food alone is worth coming back for, but the service makes it even better. Carlos always goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. His attention to detail and friendly attitude make dining here even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The Crab Station is my ultimate go to! Not only does this spot have the best crab in the city, the staff make it all better. We had Justin today and he was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend!!

Much better than the Dallas location. The food is fresher, the service is better (when they're not short staffed), and the prices are cheaper. 10/10

Our experience at the craft station – the colony was great. The food was Great the atmosphere was outstanding and the prices were very reasonable. Not to mention the amazing customer service we received by Justin and his team. when I come back to Dallas I’ll definitely be going back to the crab station – the colony.

The seafood bag was delicious. I’ve been too many boil in bag spots, but this was by far my favorite. The cooked oysters were seasoned to perfection. I enjoyed my happy hour mango margaritas.
